UPDATE- WE ONLY HAVE THE DEATH PROOF AND JACKIE BROWN PRINTS LEFT, AND ONLY A FEW OF THOSE!
Printing on Wood is hard.
The surface is irregular, and screen printing requires the surface to be perfectly even and flat in order for the ink to lay down properly. So, printing on a natural surface like wood can mean you end up with little ‘pop’ and ‘nicks’ in the image area. It’s unavoidable. Sometimes, they turn out totally perfect (or close to), and THOSE are the copies that we send to the gallery, or sell for full-price on the site. I kinda like the natural look, as I think it’s a neat byproduct of the process. Some people don’t. Sigh.
WELL- we’ve had these in a closet since the first QvC show, and we’re finally opening them up for sale- slightly scratched/dented copies of Tim Doyle’s QvC WOOD prints at reduced prices. Each measure 12×24, some are from the original edition of 7, and others are marked AP’s.
A couple of these we have 1-2 of, and the most we have is 4 of any one. Come and get ’em, and don’t forget- X-mas is right around the corner, and nothing says ‘Holidays’ like giving a loved one a nice plank of wood. Or something.
Get ’em HERE!
