New prints and an AMAZING process video from Clint Wilson!

Clint Wilson has been printing out of the Nakatomi print shop for years now, in the off hours after we go home,  and I honestly have no idea what he gets up to while he’s there.  He comes in and disappears without a trace, like an art ninja.  But he leaves behind awesome screen prints…so it’s more like a ninja-Santa thing. Hmmm. ANYWAY-

Now…we have photographic evidence.  Clint just made this incredible process video showing the creation of his most recent gigposter for the band STARFUCKER.  The video has everything from the initial sketches all the way through to the final signing and numbering- you get to see every aspect of the operations of our print-shop here in Austin!

And, after you’ve watched that, pick up the poster in question, and a few others (pictured below) in the CLINT WILSON section of the Nakatomi store!

Starfucker- 18×24 edition of 100.

    I really enjoy making these videos. I had a little much fun with this one. It’s also a good way to really show what goes into creating one poster. Sometimes when you are creating something like this it is hard to explain exactly how it works…I think the videos help with that. Plus it looks cool. Hope everyone enjoys!
